A second man has been charged with murder almost five months after a fatal shooting and double-rollover crash in Pembroke Park. Christopher Avery Campbell, 29, of Miami, was arrested Tuesday, for the Oct. 26 shooting death of Wadarius Harris, 27, of Miami, the Broward Sheriff’s Office said.
