A man suspected of fatally shooting a 24-year-old woman in Wisconsin may be in Florida or heading here after abducting his two-year-old daughter, police said.
A nationwide Amber Alert has been issued for Noelani Robinson who Dariaz Higgins, 33, was supposed to return to her mother on Monday. Instead, Sierra Robinson was found shot to death and another victim — a 28-year-old woman — was recovering in the hospital from a gunshot wound, Milwaukee police said.
Higgins is believed to be driving a black SUV with Florida license plate HVC-Z95 that was reportedly seen in Florida, investigators said.
He has ties to Florida and Las Vegas and also goes by the names Dariaz Taylor and Dariaz Lewis.
Higgins is considered armed and dangerous. Police are advising people not to approach him or the child, but to call 911 if they are seen.

Higgins is facing charges that include first-degree murder, police said.
