Spirit Airlines slammed by day two of cancellations and delays as ‘perfect storm’ bites

They are flying to Cancun for vacation with their parents and had been waiting for over 6 hours after getting to the airport at 6 am. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport reported 59 flight cancellations Monday, 55 of which were from Spirit Airlines, according to flight tracking service FlightAware.com.
