As COVID cases rise, South Florida hospitals tighten rules restricting visitors

In Palm Beach County, where the Delta variant now makes up more than 50% of new cases, according to health officials, hospitals also are seeing more COVID patients arrive each day. For now though, Tenet’s five hospitals Delray Medical Center, Good Samaritan Medical Cente, Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, St. Mary’s Medical Center and West Boca Medical Center are allowing only one visitor per patient, which does not represent a change.
