The alleged driver, Victor Ocampo, and his passenger, Natalia Londono Mejia, both 32, appeared in court Friday. Ocampo’s family in Columbia doesn’t know he’s been arrested, public defender Michael Farbarik told the judge at a bond hearing in Broward District Court.
