Kenneth To, a swimmer who won a silver medal for Australia at the 2013 world championships, has died after becoming ill while training in Florida. He was 26. Tractor-trailer rolls over and blocks I-75 in western Broward

A tractor-trailer carrying sand rolled over Monday afternoon as it traveled south along Interstate 75 near U.S. 27 in Broward County.
