Victoria Brunette, IF, St. Thomas Aquinas senior: Brunette took a step forward as a senior, raising her batting average nearly 70 points to .341. She hit three home runs with 12 total extra-base hits. Brunette had a .985 OPS and six steals.

Victoria Carmona, IF, West Broward sophomore: Carmona hit .430 with a team-leading 37 hits, driving in 15 runs and hitting a pair of home runs. She notched a 1.077 OPS and stole 28 bases.

Reese Chesney, P, South Plantation senior: Chesney was the Paladins’ main pitcher, going 11-9 and completing 15 of her 21 games. She struck out more than one batter per inning. She also hit .378 with seven extra-base hits and 16 RBIs.

Kylie Keenan, UT, Fort Lauderdale junior: Keenan doubled as one of the Flying L’s top hitters and pitchers. She had a .370 average with three home runs, a 1.220 OPS and 12 steals. She also had a 9-7 record and a 2.91 ERA in 16 games, striking out 115 batters in 96 1/3 innings.

Quinn McFadden, C, Fort Lauderdale senior: McFadden concluded her high school career wit her best season, leading Fort Lauderdale with a .519 average. She had two home runs and 13 extra-base hits, posting a 1.455 OPS. McFadden also stole 11 bases.
