A man was found dead Thursday at the Nova Southeastern University School in Davie, police say.
Davie Police were investigating at the school as of 1 p.m., according to Sgt. Kelvin Urbaez. The death appears medical-related, based on preliminary information.
The University School is a private school for students from pre-K to 12th grade, located on the university’s campus.
Urbaez did not say when police responded, where the man was found, or if he was already dead. A spokesperson for NSU deferred questions to Davie Police.
“At this time, we are in the initial stages of the investigation,” Urbaez said.
