Man accused of exposing himself, groping young girl at Pembroke Lakes Mall food court

PEMBROKE PINES — A 42-year-old man was arrested Tuesday after he exposed himself to a woman and her daughter and later groped an 8-year-old girl at the Pembroke Lakes Mall food court, officials said.

Julian Lambert, a Boca Raton resident, approached the first two victims about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to Pembroke Pines police.

Lambert exposed himself to the woman and her daughter, police said.

Minutes later Lambert touched the 8-year-old girl, over her clothes, from mid-thigh up to her buttocks area. The girl’s sister yelled at Lambert and he walked away.

Lambert is charged with exposure of sexual organs and lewd and lascivious molestation of a victim 12 years old or younger by an offender 18 or older. He’s being held without bond at the Broward Main Jail.
