A Parkland man was arrested and charged in a sexual assault that lasted three hours at a Century Village home, Pembroke Pines Police said.
Robert Kabolowsky, 62, was charged with sexual battery and false imprisonment, according to jail records.

The woman answered the door when Kabolowsky went to her home about 2 p.m. July 15, an arrest report says.
The two sat in the living room and began to argue about personal matters, the arrest report says. He undressed, grabbed her by her wrists and forced her into a bedroom, police said. He forced her to perform a sex act for hours and then left, the report says.

Kabolowsky’s sister told police that “her brother has been in and out of trouble with the law going back as far as 1980 in New York,” the arrest report said. “He allegedly was court ordered to a psychiatric evaluation but could not [be] confirmed.”
Broward County arrest records show two prior charges that appear to have been dropped, a second-degree sexual battery and a third-degree false imprisonment. In May of this year, a judge issued a temporary injunction against Kabolowsky for domestic violence, and the case was later dismissed.
