There’s a $10,000 reward for anyone who can help the U.S. Postal Service find its stolen mail truck

Whoever stole a U.S. Postal Service mail truck from a Hollywood post office wasn’t perturbed by the idea of a right-sided steering wheel or the numbers plastered in blue on the front and back easily identifying it as the one missing.

The “Long Life Vehicle” went missing from the West Hollywood Hills Post Office at 5771 Johnson St. in Hollywood some time between 8:30 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. Thursday, the U.S. Postal Inspection Service Miami Division said Thursday afternoon.

No mail was in the truck, authorities said.

The truck in question has the numbers 3309707 above the windshield and on the back.

Authorities ask anyone with information about the theft to call the U.S. Postal Inspection Service at 877-876-2455 and say “law enforcement.”

They’re offering up to $10,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
