Tevin Shane Souffranc, 28, faces a minimum sentence of 14 years and a maximum of life in prison for crimes that took place Jan. 1-Jan. 29, 2021 in Broward and Collier counties, according to United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida.
