The fatal crash happened about 10:30 p.m. at the corner of Northwest Fourth Avenue and Hallandale Beach Boulevard. Hallandale Beach Police Department spokesperson Capt. Megan Jones said the victim, a man in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity was not released by authorities.
