Manta rays establish shadowy presence in South Florida, as global population threatened

A juvenile manta ray has injured its right fin from a tangled fishing line. Juveniles, which have a wing span of 6-10 feet, are seen in shallow water, particularly around the Boynton and Jupiter inlets.
