The driver of a 2013 Hyundai Sonata was traveling behind the unknown vehicle and observed the vehicle brake hard and change lanes to the left. With both vehicles in the left lane, the suspect motorist began to slow down again. The front of the Hyundai Sonata struck the rear of the truck.
