Devin Daniel Doers, 44, of Sunrise, was driving a 2020 gray Chevrolet Equinox SUV about 6 a.m. Friday when he hit a man riding a bicycle in the 3500 block of Nob Hill Road, north of West Oakland Park Boulevard, and didn’t stop, Sunrise police said.
