Investigators say Sean Greer, 27, of Wilton Manors, was driving about 80 miles an hour on a residential road when he came upon a city bus that was trying to merge into Northwest Ninth Avenue and darted around it, nearly clipping the front of it. Greer continued to drive his Honda Accord up onto a sidewalk into the path of six children.
