Five years later, family still searching for answers in Davie hit-and-run death

Suzanne Kolcz and Lisa Huber, the daughter and granddaughter of Emma Kelsoe, place flowers at the site where Emma Kelsoe and her dog were killed by a hit-and-run driver in Davie. Tuesday marks five years after the accident, and still the family has no answers about who the driver was. The family is asking for the public’s help, and there is a $27,000 reward for information.
