The Atlantic Ocean could soon have three active storms, as this five-day outlook shows. The storms with the red ‘X’ have at least a 60% chance to become a tropical depression or storm in five days while the storm with the yellow ‘X’ has a less than 40% chance of developing in the next five days, according to the National Hurricane Center.
