“A lot of it is going to depend on the timing of things,” Garcia said. “Obviously we can’t rule it out, but it’s so far out in time right now there’s a lot of uncertainty with that because it may not even develop, or if it does develop, let’s say it has an encounter with land over Mexico, it might be destined to not have impacts to South Florida.”
