Starting Thursday, Southeastern Grocers Inc., Winn-Dixie’s parent company, plans to begin administering about 8,100 Moderna COVID-19 vaccines at its Winn-Dixie stores, in addition to its Fresco y Más and Harveys Supermarket locations.
