South Florida elections officials face an unprecedented demand for mail ballots in presidential voting. Are they close to being ready for the onslaught?

The three big South Florida counties have a combined total of more than 2,300 precincts, which are neighborhood voting districts. That means thousands of different ballot styles to take into account in the different precincts, and account for people who live in various cities, congressional districts, county commission districts, school board districts, state Senate districts and state House districts.
