Florida’s COVID-19 infection rate dips to low level not seen since mid-June

South Florida has had or 43.1%, or 20,673, of the cases involving children. That includes: 10,499 cases in Miami-Dade County, highest in the state, with an 20.5% positivity; 7,101 cases in Broward, with a 17.6% positivity rate; and 3,073 infections in Palm Beach County, for a 14.5% positivity.
