Voting on Aug. 18 should be fast for almost everyone, said Broward County Supervisor of Elections Peter Antonacci. He said turnout for the primary and nonpartisan elections is usually low, and so many people have already voted by mail that the people who show up on election day aren’t likely to see lines. Antonacci is shown here at a pre-primary test of the reliability of the voting and tabulating equipment at the Voting Equipment Center in Lauderhill on July 29, 2020.
