Apelquist — who worked at Slackers Bar and Grill, Elbo Room, Exit 66 as well as several other bars — says that the bar workers are starting to organize through social media. He expects a minimum of 12-15 bars to be represented at the rally (even if some have a small kitchen), including Booze Garden, Blondies Sports Bar, Vixens Cabaret, B Square Burgers and Booze, Capone’s and Original Fat Cat’s.
