Sgt. Gregory LaCerra was one of two deputies who arrested Rolle, then 15, in the parking area of a shopping center last April 18. Bystander video of the arrest went viral as it showed LaCerra shoving Rolle by the head, then spraying him in the face. As Rolle tried to step away, LaCerra grabbed him and brought him to the ground.
