Owner Paul Ritchie had planned to open his Rocalta Swingers’ Lifestyle Club in a stretch of Northeast 13th Street that is already hopping with an eclectic mix of bars, bakeries and shops north of Sunrise Boulevard and west of Federal Highway. The club, at 514 NE 13 St., was slated to open by December or January. But now Ritchie is on the hunt for a new locale.
