California Rep. Katie Hill resigned after the House Ethics Committee began investigating her relationship with a staff member. The committee, chaired by Rep. Ted Deutch, appears to have a different standard for Rep. Alcee Hastings, who admits to having a personal relationship with a staffer. Why is that? (South Florida Sun Sentinel)
