Surveillance video released Wednesday shows the two women approach the man, a tourist from the Cayman Islands, and strike up a conversation. While they chatted, the video showed one of the women, a blonde, putting something in a drink and offering it to him, the sheriff’s office said. Shortly after drinking it, the man later told investigators, he felt drugged and had trouble moving.
