Trump threatened, on the eve of his campaign kickoff in Orlando, to hunt down and deport “millions” of undocumented immigrants beginning next week. He made ICE’s job that much harder, of course, by tipping off the targets. And the agency had to admit that it isn’t equipped or budgeted for such a massive purge.
