Investigators remained at a home in Weston on Thursday afternoon where a woman was found murdered nearly 24 hours earlier.
Shortly before 4 p.m. Wednesday, dispatchers got a call about a death in a residence at 3673 San Simeon Circle, the Broward Sheriff’s Office said.
“Responding deputies discovered the body of a female, later identified as Carolyn Espinosa, inside the residence,” sheriff’s office spokeswoman Gina Carter said.
So far, there’s been no information about how the 34-year-old woman was killed or about any suspects in the case.
The investigation in Espinosa’s death is continuing, Carter said.
