Frost Science Museum is having its first adult-only sleepover on Friday, March 8, and sex is involved.
It’s not an orgy, exactly.
The museum is hosting an Overnight Adventure, which is its first adults-only sleepover that explores the the taboo “Science of Sex.”
Better hire a babysitter. Bring your pillow and other sleeping necessities.
The event features lectures and chats with certified sex therapist Paola Andrea Rodriguez about surprising myths and a look at the sex and science behind seduction with sexologist Marla Stewart, among others. There also is a presentation on germs. That should get you in the mood.
Attendees will get to explore select exhibitions, stargaze at the cosmos through the telescope on the roof, enjoy a live snake encounter (no jokes, please) and boogie at a dance party on the interactive dance floor with a live DJ.
Other fun includes rocking out in the planetarium to Queen, Lady Gaga, Daft Punk, Bruno Mars, drinks, dinner, snacks and a light breakfast in the morning.
You won’t hate yourself.
Cost is $125 per person and you must be over 21 (of course). Online registration closes at noon on Wednesday, March 6, at FrostScience.org.
