Three teens were arrested after a high-speed chase ended in a PIT maneuver on Interstate 75 during Tuesday morning rush hour, troopers say. Just before 8 a.m., a Florida Highway Patrol trooper was stationed on I-75 near Mile Marker 36, conducting speed enforcement, when he clocked a stolen Kia Sportage SUV going 107 miles per hour, according to Lt.
