Floridians continued to turn out in heavy numbers over the weekend vote in the presidential election and other high-stakes contests, like proposals to legalize recreational marijuana for adults and enshrine abortion rights in the state Constitution. Motorcyclist killed in crash in Parkland

A Parkland motorcyclist was killed Friday in a crash with an SUV. Boris Katz, 65, was riding east on Loxahatchee Road when a BMW X5 SUV driven by Ronald Strobl entered his path in an apparent attempt to head south on Parkside Drive, according to the Broward Sheriff’s Office.
