Tropical Storm Fay forms off North Carolina, but it’s New York that should watch out

A direct hit on the U.S. coast appears certain, according to the forecast from the National Hurricane Center. Areas at risk include Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Connecticut, with the center of the forecast track currently aimed at the New York metro area.
