“I’ve seen it where we’ve found, we’ve identified that bad cop, and no matter how you do it, no matter how you fight, no matter what you do, you can go through all the processes to the T, once you identify that bad cop. You turn around and you get to an arbitrator who turns around and gives him his job back,” he said. “And it’s very disheartening when you identify those who tarnish the badge, and don’t honor the badge and they can turn around and get their jobs back simply because an arbitrator feels they need to continue employment.”
