Alejandro’s mother, Patricia Ripley, told police two men cut her off while she was driving, forcing her to veer onto Southwest 158 Avenue, and blocking her in. She said the pair demanded drugs and when she said she didn’t have any, one of the men grabbed her cellphone and Alejandro from her car and drove off with him.
