Urquilla’s lawyer, Jonathan Schwartz, told Broward Circuit Judge Michael Lynch that he will need more time to get an expert to review and possibly rebut the DNA evidence, but that would mean dropping his demand for a speedy trial. Hoffman objected, but Lynch granted the extra time. The case is now set for a calendar call on April 16.
