Jorge Carballo, 62; Sergo Colin, 45; Althia Meggie, 37; and Tamika Miller, 32, were charged last summer with multiple counts of aggravated manslaughter, accused of standing by while conditions worsened at the Rehabilitation Center at Hollywood Hills, until a dozen patients ranging in age from 57 to 99 died of heat stroke.
