Far out in the Atlantic, another potential storm in the works as hurricane season stays active

A low pressure system in the far eastern Atlantic, a few hundred miles off Africa, is being monitored by forecasters. It’s a little too early to say what will happen but the disturbance is projected to move westward in the Atlantic toward the Caribbean region, as is common with hurricanes that form at this point in the season.
