Spirit to furlough another 330 pilots at the end of January as part of plan to cut costs by $80 million

Spirit Airlines intends to furlough another 330 pilots as it continues to pursue a broad cost-reduction program designed to save $80 million. The move is scheduled to take place at the end of January and comes after 186 cockpit crew members were severed in September.
