
A shooting in Pompano Beach left one man dead and two hospitalized Friday night, officials say.
Around 10:30 p.m., Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a shooting call near the 600 block of Northwest 20th Street, where they found three men with gunshot wounds, according to a media release. Pompano Beach Fire Rescue took them to a local hospital, where one of the men was pronounced dead.
The release did not say whether anyone else was present at the time of the shooting.
