A small banner plane crashed near a Target shopping center in Hollywood Wednesday afternoon.
The plane crashed and went up into flames next to the store on North Park Road north of Hollywood Boulevard. The charred wreckage of the aircraft could be seen upside down along the roadway.
Initial reports indicate that one person may have died in the crash.
