Drew Curtis Sikes is scheduled to appear before a federal judge on Tuesday, facing charges over allegedly firing a gun at park rangers Sunday. Sikes, originally from Georgia, has been living in the Miami area for the past few years, said Marlene Rodriguez, a spokeswoman for the the U.S. Department of Justice.
