It feels like we’ve been experiencing the outer bands of Halloween for at least a week now, but the heavier squalls reach South Florida this weekend. While the atmosphere will be eerie, the weather is supposed to be perfect if you’re getting out to enjoy, say, the return of the Delray Beach GreenMarket or the Witches of Delray Beach bike ride.
