Among the 13 South Florida restaurants forced by the state to temporarily close last week were nine restaurants inside the Mall at Wellington Green in Palm Beach County. The main problem? Rodent droppings were found by inspectors at all but one. In Broward County violations, a bag of flour was spotted with “visible hole from gnaw marks” at a pizza joint.
