Ticket alert: After injury, Aerosmith farewell tour sets new Sunrise concert date

Rock icons Aerosmith have finally set new Florida dates on their long-delayed Peace Out farewell tour, including a concert at Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise on Monday, Feb. 17, 2025.

Tickets are on sale, starting at $116+, at SeatGeek.com, the venue’s official ticket partner. Opening will be the reconstituted Black Crowes, who recently released their ninth studio album, “Happiness Bastards.”

The Peace Out tour was first announced in 2023, with a Sunrise concert scheduled on Oct. 20 of that year. About a month before the show, Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler suffered a vocal cord injury and the band canceled the remaining dates.

Tickets for the original South Florida concert will be honored on the new date.

The revived tour includes more good news for Florida fans: Aerosmith has added a new stop on the tour on Tuesday, Feb. 11, at the Kia Center in Orlando. The band also is scheduled to perform on Friday, Feb. 14, at Amalie Arena in Tampa.

Aerosmith will begin the new leg of the Peace Out tour on Friday, Sept. 20, in Pittsburgh. For more information, visit Aerosmith.com.
