PEMBROKE PINES — A lawn care worker was killed Monday morning in a car accident that is under investigation by Pembroke Pines Police.
The victim’s name has not been released, but Pembroke Pines police spokeswoman Amanda Conwell said the driver remained on the scene and was cooperating with the investigation.
No other details were immediately available.
The accident was near the intersection of Southwest 14th Street and Southwest 184th Avenue, just north of Pembroke Pines Charter Elementary School.
