U.S. Marshals arrest 18-year-old in Texas in Boynton Beach Sweet Sixteen party murder

An 18-year-old has been arrested in connection with the murder of another teen at a Sweet Sixteen party in Boynton Beach earlier this summer.

Louijice Camille, 17, was shot and killed June 18 after a fight erupted in the parking lot of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge building at 1200 Miner Road, where the birthday party was held, Boynton Beach Police said.

Police said publicly a few days after his murder that they identified a person of interest but did not release additional details, and they were still seeking tips and offering a $3,000 reward in early July. They identified him in a news release Wednesday as Kaleb Turkustani.

U.S. Marshals arrested Turkustani in Richmond, Texas, on Tuesday, the police department said in a news release.

Information from witnesses helped identify Turkustani as the suspect, police said. They did not release additional information about his arrest or their investigation.
