“He wanted me to kill his wife for money,” an alleged hitman told a Palm Beach County court on Friday.
Joevan Joseph, who admitted he shot pregnant Makeva Jenkins to death in her bed, testified in her husband’s murder trial.

Joseph told the court that Jenkins offered him $20,000 to kill his wife.
Jenkins is charged with murder and accused of having his wife killed because he didn’t love her anymore and wanted her life insurance money.

He initially told authorities a masked intruder shot and killed his wife, Makeva Jenkins, while she was sleeping at their home near Lantana in 2017.
Then, in 2019, Joevan Joseph pleaded guilty to being the hitman.

Dametri Dale testified Thursday. He’s considered the hitman’s accomplice who knew the couple and introduced Euri Jenkins to Joseph, the hitman.
